How to use an Electric Toothbrush (Roundheaded)
Place the round-headed electric toothbrush against your teeth at a slight angle, so the bristles sit gently on the tooth surface and along the gum line. Turn it on and let the brush do the work—avoid scrubbing; instead, guide it slowly from tooth to tooth, pausing briefly on each area to clean the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. Keep the brush head lightly against the enamel with minimal pressure (many brushes alert you if you press too hard), and make sure you cover your whole mouth evenly. When you’re done, spit out toothpaste rather than rinsing, then rinse the brush head under running water, wipe the handle, and store it upright to air-dry; replace the brush head about every three months, or sooner if the bristles start to fray.
